CLOTHING CARE INFO

Personalised Clothing
All Bolton Creations garments are to be washed inside out and hung dry (it would be preferred in a deflates bag for robes and PJ’s). DO NOT tumble dry any personalised robes, shirts or garments. to Iron, turn inside out and do not directly put heat onto the designs. Most designs will melt off when exposed to too much heat, to be on the safer side of things and prevent any kind of peeling, please follow these care instructions. 

GLASS CARE INFO

Glass Engraved materials can be put in the dishwasher however if damage is done to the product due to the dishwasher we are not liable (scratches etc). DO NOT put any Cups, Glasses, Mugs, Bottles with vinyl in the dishwasher. They are to be hand-washed only with warm soapy water. Most designs will melt off when exposed to too much heat, to be on the safer side of things and prevent any kind of peeling, please follow these care instructions. 

ACRYLIC CARE INFO

Mirrored Acrylic Products
Bolton Creations uses TroGlass Mirror, which is an extruded acrylic glass with a reflective surface. TroGlass Mirror is the perfect alternative to real glass because they are lighter and have a higher breakage resistance than glass, which means the material has a lower risk of falling and breaking when attached to a wall. Acrylic products are made using quality acrylic perspex (including mirror). The acrylic mirror is beautiful but also fragile. Please handle the acrylic products with care. 

Applying Plaques to walls:
Before putting the acrylic on your chosen surface, please undo all twist ties that fasten your acrylic to the backing board. Leaving even one twist tie connected could cause your acrylic to snap when being lifted off the backing board. When holding your acrylic piece, please hold by the thickest parts of the product. When affixing your plaque to a surface, take care to distribute the pressure evenly, not pushing too hard. Gently press to secure it to the wall/door, (using the surface of your hand rather than one small focal point). Placing too much pressure in one location on your piece may create a break at that point. 

Please take care not to bend or drop the acrylics - it is very fragile by design. It is your responsibility to ensure the piece is securely fastened to the surface, as if it falls, it will possibly break. Items are not to be handled by children. Do not hang items above cots or beds, or within a the reach of children.

Cake Toppers:
When handling cake toppers, please hold the stem of the cake topper - this will remove the chances of oily finger prints. Bolton Creations Cake Toppers are used with TroGlass Mirror, TroGlass Gloss, TroGlass Pastel and TroGlitter. These items clean easy if fingerprints are found on the product however also break easy according to the design. Please place the item on a flat surface and use a microfibre glass cloth to clean the product ensuring that the cloth doesn’t catch on the acrylic as this will lead to it pulling and snapping. Bolton Creations is not liable for this kind of breakage.
